Ready to Install Flynet

You can now go ahead and run the Flynet Designer for Web services Setup.exe to install the Flynet software.

How to install Flynet

1.Locate the Setup.exe file.
oOn Vista and Windows Sever 2008 it is important to make sure you select Setup.exe and not Setup.msi. Setup.exe is the file with the security shield on top of it.
2.Double click on Setup.exe to launch the installer. If you have User Access Control Windows will prompt for permission to continue. It is safe to give this permission.
3.The Flynet Designer for Web services 2010 window will eventually appear.
4.Press the Next button at the bottom right.
5.Read the End User License Agreement.
6.If you agree with the license, press the I Agree radio button. If you do not agree you cannot install the Flynet software.
7.Press the Next button at the bottom right.
8.A window entitled Select Installation Folder will appear.
9.You can change the installation folder if you wish. There is no need to. To change the installation folder use the Browse button. Do not install software on your Desktop or personal documents folders (such as My Documents).
10.Leave the radio button on Everyone.
11.Press the Next button at the bottom right.
12.A window entitled Confirm Installation will appear.
13.Press the Next button at the bottom right.
14.A window entitled Installing Flynet Designer for Web Services 2010 will appear. Please wait for the software to install.
15.A window entitled Installation Complete will appear.
16.Press the Close button at the bottom right.

The Flynet software is now installed.

Starting Flynet

On Windows XP you can start the software by pressing the Start button in Windows, selecting All Programs, Flynet Designer for Web Services 2010 and then Flynet Designer for Web Services 2010.

On Windows Vista and Server 2008 you need to browse to the installation folder of the software as specified in step 9 above. The default is C:\Program Files\Flynet\Flynet Designer for Web Services 2010. Right click Flynet.WebServiceGenerator file and select Run as administrator. Windows may prompt for permission to continue. It is safe to give this permission. The software has to run as an administrator as it needs to install web services into IIS.

You may be prompted to enter a key at this stage. This is your Flynet Designer for Web Services 2010 key.
