Web Service Tab – Defining the Web Service
| • | Give the Web Service a meaningful name. The name can be made up of letters, numbers and the underscore, but it must start with a letter. |
| o | Eg. MyWebService01 |
| o | Choose the destination folder into which the Web Service will be generated. Please remember IIS cannot access personal folders such as My Documents. Each Web Service needs its own folder. |
| ▪ | Eg. C:\WebServices\MyWebService01 |
| • | If you will be using or testing the Web Service on this computer, check ‘Register Web Service with IIS’. |
| • | Optionally you can give the Web Service a meaningful description. |
